According to the mom, the vice principal of Moberly Middle School accused her daughter of putting marks on herself.

It is difficult to think how the EU - where ministers make laws behind closed doors that national parliaments cannot overrule - could do more to give that impression if it wanted to.

Thankfully, Hernandez is now re-united with his wife and fourteen-month-old daughter after serving ten months, seven of which were in solitary confinement. God Bless him, and may the Lord have mercy on the traitors who put him in jail for doing his duty. Interestingly, the head prosecutor in Hernandez's case was Johnny Sutton, the same man who (unlawfully) sent Border Patrol agents Ramos and Compean to prison. How do you sleep at night, Mr. Sutton?

The California governor has recently signed bills into law which will allow students in public schools to use whichever bathroom they choose (regardless of their sex), will mandate that the terms "husband and wife" & "mom and dad" be outlawed in the same public schools, and will cut off state funding for any program that fails to encourage any and all aspects of the homosexual lifestyle. My home state of Massachusetts may be regarded by those in the 'Red States' as the bastion of extreme leftism in America (and not without justification), but Schwarzenegger's California is currently putting us to shame when it comes to shear left-wing, lunatic, social engineering. I come across lots of really terrible news each and every day about the death of this republic, and very little shocks me anymore. However, I'm still trying to pick my jaw off the floor concerning this Communist agenda that is being forced upon California's schoolchildren and their parents. As Alan Stang points out, even the great tyrants of the 20th Century - Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini - would be in awe of what Schwarzenegger and his fellow Marxists have achieved.
